Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar-free sweetener
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, sweetener, and eggs. Stir in cocoa powder and almond flour until smooth.
  3. Beat cream cheese, egg, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread most brownie batter into pan. Dollop cheesecake mixture on top, then add remaining batter. Swirl gently.
  5. Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are set. Cool completely before slicing.
