Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and dried
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, soups, sour cream, seasonings, onion, and 1 cup cheese.
  3. Fold in dried hash browns until evenly combined.
  4. Spread mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top and bake 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
