Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and golden.
  3. Pour caramel into a parchment-lined pan and let cool until firm.
  4. Cut caramel into small squares.
  5. Melt chocolate, dip caramel pieces, and sprinkle with sea salt. Chill until set.
