Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
  5. Top with cherry filling and refrigerate until set before serving.
