Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara or tomato sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in tomato sauce.
  4. Add cream cheese to the sauce and stir until smooth.
  5. Combine spaghetti with sauce, transfer to dish, top with cheeses, and bake 30–35 minutes.
