Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, and seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Scoop batter into skillet and flatten slightly.
  4. Cook until golden on both sides and cooked through.
  5. Drain briefly and serve hot with dipping sauce.
