Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar together until combined.
  3. Slowly stir in milk and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Bake 45–50 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles. Cool completely before slicing.
