  • 12 oz butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional for coating)

Method
 

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
  3. Fold in rice cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan and chill until firm.
  5. Optional: Dip or drizzle bars with melted chocolate before serving.
