- Preheat oven to 375°F and soften cabbage leaves in boiling water.
- Mix meat, rice, onion, garlic, egg, and seasonings.
- Fill and roll cabbage leaves.
- Spread vegetables in baking dish and place rolls on top.
- Pour sauce over, cover, and bake 60 minutes. Uncover last 10 minutes.
