- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- Mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, lemon zest, and juice.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, then add dry ingredients just until combined.
- Fold in blueberries and pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and glaze.
