Ingredients
  

  • 12-15 large mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and brush caps with olive oil. Season lightly.
  3. Mix cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Fill mushroom caps generously with the crab mixture.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until filling is hot and lightly golden.
