Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Stir oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, honey, and vanilla together until fully combined.
  3. Press the oat mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form an even base.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter until smooth, then spread over the oat layer.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm, then slice into bars.
