Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 10-12 small tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
  4. Spoon filling onto tortillas, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
  5. Brush or spray taquitos lightly with oil.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
