Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir in mashed bananas until combined.
  4. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt, then fold into wet ingredients.
  5. Swirl salted caramel into the batter.
  6. Pour batter into pan and bake 55–65 minutes until set.
