Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup melting cheese blend, sliced or shredded
  • 1/4 tsp smoked seasoning or mild spice

Method
 

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice evenly.
  2. Place cheese and seasoning on the unbuttered side of one slice.
