Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef or ground beef
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 medium bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook beef in a skillet until just browned, then remove.
  3. Sauté onions and peppers in the same skillet until soft.
  4. Return beef to skillet, season, and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with cheese.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
