Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 cup creamy sauce or soup base
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir creamy sauce into the cooked beef until combined.
  4. Add cooked pasta or rice and mix gently.
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with cheese.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
