Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or sear steak bites over high heat until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  4. Heat cream with garlic, then stir in cheese until smooth.
  5. Toss rigatoni with cheese sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve steak bites over creamy rigatoni and enjoy.
