Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chunks

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 410°F and line baking sheets.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until just combined.
  3. Add eggs and mix gently.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  6. Shape dough into large mounds and bake until edges are golden.
