Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onion
  • 0.5 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle and spread chicken mixture evenly, leaving a border.
  4. Sprinkle cheeses over filling, roll tightly, and place seam side down on baking sheet.
  5. Brush with olive oil, cut slits on top, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
