Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a small loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Stir in milk and melted butter just until combined.
  4. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
