- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a bundt or loaf pan thoroughly.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to batter alternately with buttermilk.
- Stir in vanilla, then gently fold in diced peaches.
- Pour batter into pan and bake until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
