  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Dip chicken into eggs, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange chicken on baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through, flipping once.
