  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and place pie crust into a pie dish.
  2. Whisk sugar and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
  3. Stir in melted butter until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix in flour and salt just until combined.
  5. Pour filling into crust and bake until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
