Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups additional chicken broth for rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet and brown chicken on both sides.
  2. Remove chicken and sauté garlic. Add broth and lemon juice, then return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
  3. In a separate pot, sauté garlic in butter, add rice, broth, and cream, then cook until rice is tender.
  4. Serve chicken and sauce over creamy garlic rice and garnish as desired.
