Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk or cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and seasonings until just combined.
  2. Form half the mixture into a loaf shape. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on top, leaving edges clear.
  3. Cover with remaining meat mixture and seal edges well.
  4. Mix mustard and honey, brush over loaf, and bake until cooked through.
