- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and seasonings until just combined.
- Form half the mixture into a loaf shape. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on top, leaving edges clear.
- Cover with remaining meat mixture and seal edges well.
- Mix mustard and honey, brush over loaf, and bake until cooked through.
