Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups asparagus, cut into pieces
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or neutral cooking oil
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth or water
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add asparagus and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry until tender.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  4. Return shrimp to pan, add soy sauce and broth, toss well, and cook for 1–2 minutes before serving.
