- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove and set aside.
- Add asparagus and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry until tender.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Return shrimp to pan, add soy sauce and broth, toss well, and cook for 1–2 minutes before serving.
