- Mix ground chicken, ricotta, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, and seasonings until just combined.
- Form meatballs and lightly brown them in a skillet, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, then stir in cream and parmesan to form sauce.
- Add spinach and meatballs, simmer gently until meatballs are cooked through. Serve warm.
