Ingredients
  

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1.5 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in cream and simmer gently.
  3. Mix lobster, ricotta, half the Parmesan, and part of the sauce. Season lightly.
  4. Fill shells, place in baking dish with remaining sauce, top with Parmesan, and bake until bubbly.
