  • 1 lb smoked or Italian sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown sliced sausage on both sides.
  2. Add green beans and olive oil to the pan, stir to coat, and cover to cook until tender.
  3. Add garlic, salt, and pepper, then toss with sausage and cook until fragrant.
