  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add beef, potatoes, onion, garlic, and seasonings to the slow cooker and stir.
  3. Cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender.
