  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange zucchini slices in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
