- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon butter.
- Cook chicken thighs until golden on both sides, then remove from pan.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to pan, cook until fragrant.
- Return chicken to pan, spoon garlic butter over top, cover and cook until done.
