Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon butter.
  3. Cook chicken thighs until golden on both sides, then remove from pan.
  4. Add remaining butter and garlic to pan, cook until fragrant.
  5. Return chicken to pan, spoon garlic butter over top, cover and cook until done.
