Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and cook until tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss well, and cook for 2 more minutes.
