Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni until tender, drain, and cool.
  2. Prepare bacon until crisp and chop.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss pasta with dressing, bacon, and tomatoes.
  5. Chill, then fold in lettuce before serving.
