Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients.
  4. Scoop mixture onto baking sheet and flatten.
  5. Bake until edges are set and lightly golden.
