  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Method
 

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients until combined.
