Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour for streusel
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light.
  3. Add eggs, then alternate dry ingredients and milk.
  4. Fold in blueberries and spread batter in pan.
  5. Top with crumb mixture and bake until set.
