Ingredients
  

  • 12 soft dinner rolls
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled, deveined, chopped
  • 6 oz crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off rolls and hollow centers slightly.
  2. Sauté shrimp briefly in butter and garlic until just pink. Cool slightly.
  3. Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff rolls with filling and place in a baking dish.
  5. Brush rolls with garlic butter and bake covered for 15 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 8–10 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.
