Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off rolls and hollow centers slightly.
- Sauté shrimp briefly in butter and garlic until just pink. Cool slightly.
- Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff rolls with filling and place in a baking dish.
- Brush rolls with garlic butter and bake covered for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 8–10 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.
