Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate gently and spread into an even layer on the sheet.
  3. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, stirring until bubbly.
  4. Stir in pecans, vanilla, and salt, then remove from heat.
  5. Spread pecan mixture evenly over melted chocolate.
  6. Chill until set, then break into pieces and serve.
