Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • ice cream maker optional

Method
 

  1. Blend peaches and lemon juice until mostly smooth.
  2. Mix cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir peach puree into the dairy mixture and chill thoroughly.
  4. Churn in an ice cream maker according to instructions, or freeze using no-churn method.
  5. Transfer to a container and freeze until firm before serving.
