Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Beat softened butter until pale and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until smooth.
  3. Add cream one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
