Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 breakfast sausage patties
  • 8 large eggs
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage patties until fully cooked and set aside.
  3. Scramble eggs gently with salt and pepper until just set.
  4. Place bottom buns in dish, layer sausage, eggs, and cheese, then add top buns.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter, cover with foil, and bake 15 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 5–8 minutes until tops are golden. Serve warm.
