Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then coat with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and melt butter in the same pan. Add garlic and sauté.
  5. Pour in broth and cream, add seasoning, and simmer until slightly thick.
  6. Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over before serving.
