Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into evenly sized fries.
  2. Soak fries in cold water for 20 minutes, then drain and dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Cook fries in a single layer for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
