Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Bring water and butter to a boil, then stir in flour until a dough forms.
  2. Cook dough briefly, then cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time.
  3. Pipe dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400°F until puffed and golden.
  5. Cool completely, then fill with whipped cream.
