Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water or milk
  • 1 tbsp additional flour for dusting

Method
 

  1. Mix flour and salt, then add eggs and liquid to form a dough.
  2. Knead dough until smooth, then rest covered for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll dough thin and cut into noodle strips.
  4. Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 2–4 minutes.
