Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix sugars, eggs, oil, bananas, and pineapple until combined.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture and pour into pan.
  5. Bake for 55–65 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
