Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet until lightly crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil and potatoes to the skillet. Cook until starting to soften.
  3. Add green beans and ranch seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Return turkey bacon and toss.
