Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 6 slices ham
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices salami
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Layer cheese and meats evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Roll dough tightly into a log, place seam-side down, brush with butter, and cut slits on top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Rest briefly before slicing.
